To get admission in VIT VELLORE UNIVERSITY students need to qualify the annual exam conducted by the university. VIT VELLORE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates who want to get admission in Vellore Institute of Technology must have to full fill the VIT VELLORE UNIVERSITY ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. There is no other way to get enrolled in the University. However, the eligibility criteria for different courses are different.
Age Limit- Students should not be younger than 17 years.
Nationality- Those Indians students who completed 16 years and in 17 years can apply for get admission in VIT University. Apart from Indian students, NRI students can apply for admission also.
ACADEMICS QUALIFICATION-
For B.Tech Courses
Students who want to take admission in B.tech courses then must pass intermediate with at least 60% required marks with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as main subjects from State board, CBSE, NIOS or any other board recognized by the Govt.
For MBA Courses
Candidates must have a valid graduation degree by a college recognized by the Government. Required marks are 60% to get admission in MBA.
For B.Arch Courses
Students must have passed 12th with at least 70% marks from a valid school or college.
Apart from all this 10% relaxation to students who are from SC/ST or belong to Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Mizoram, J&K Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, and Meghalaya.
